Details

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with applicable consumer protection regulations.

If your item arrives with a defect, misprint, or production error, Ashen Veil will issue a full refund to the original payment method once the issue is confirmed.

For all other return requests (such as incorrect size, change of mind, or preference issues), refunds are issued exclusively as store credit (after the reception of the item).

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

• Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We do not accept unpaid, refused, or cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.
